Many questions can be resolved directly on your screen. You see each step and stay in control.
Give me a call or send a message. A free initial assessment helps us check whether online support is suitable.
Once we have arranged your session, open the TeamViewer module and approve the agreed connection yourself.
We work through your question together. You follow the support on your screen and can end the session at any time.
For remote support, the device must start and have an internet connection. If a device will not start, hardware has failed or there is no connection, we will discuss suitable next steps. Support options on phones and tablets depend on the device; on iPhone and iPad, support is provided through screen sharing and instructions.

Alternatively, €89 for 75 minutes.Additional training time: €10 per 10 minutes or part thereof. A 2-minute grace period applies to each additional billing interval. On-site services and IT support for holiday properties are quoted individually; any travel costs are discussed in advance.

Advice on internet connections, router setup, Wi-Fi coverage checks and a separate guest network for your holiday property.
Help with smart TVs, streaming and connected devices. Together, we set up your technology to suit how you use it, with clear explanations.
A personal point of contact for your technical questions. Many settings and problems can be addressed by phone and remote support; on-site appointments by arrangement.
Online where technically possible, in Germany by arrangement, and in Tenerife during occasional stays, mainly in winter. We agree the scope and availability personally.
